All donations to American Friends of TIFF are 100% tax deductible and no goods or services are provided for donations unless otherwise stated.

TIFF offers the option to credit your donation to American Friends of TIFF towards the charitable portion of TIFF Patrons Circle and Contributor Circle Memberships. Donations via credit card can be made online above. 100% of your credit card donation is tax deductible within the limits prescribed by law, but please note that a 3% service fee will be deducted from all contributions made via credit card.

Please note that, in strict conformance with IRS guidelines, American Friends of TIFF does not accept contributions that are earmarked or required to be distributed to TIFF or any other organization. The Directors of American Friends of TIFF have complete discretion and control over the ultimate disposition of any contributions received by the organization. While donors may suggest that their gifts be used for a specific purpose, these requests are non-binding on American Friends of TIFF. This ensures that gifts made to American Friends of TIFF are tax-deductible and that American Friends of TIFF fulfills its duties and obligations as a U.S. tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Code. Donors may make unrestricted contributions to American Friends of TIFF and in these cases, the Directors will determine the manner in which contributed funds will be used.
